Overview: As part of our mission to put African developers on the map to consumers, Samasource is organizing a conference on application development for social networks in Nairobi in partnership with the University of Nairobi’s Department of Computing and Informatics. This event will feature speakers from a range of technology companies, culminating in a Developer Garage sponsored by Facebook, aimed at teaching students and professional programmers how to build applications on the platform and earn a side income.
